At Really Resin, all products are handmade with care, time, and attention to detail in our home studio. Due to the handmade nature of our work and the use of natural materials, each piece is completely unique.
Natural materials such as wood, flowers, botanicals, and pigments behave differently during the creative process. As a result, minor blemishes, variations, and imperfections may occur. These characteristics are not faults, but part of what makes each item one of a kind.
No two pieces will ever be identical. Variations may include:
Flower placement and arrangement
Wood grain and natural markings
Botanical species and structure
Pigmentation and tone
We always strive to ensure every item is finished beautifully in its own right.
-
Please note that colours may appear differently on screens depending on device settings, lighting, and display calibration. While we take great care to photograph our products accurately, the colour seen on your screen may vary slightly from the finished piece.
Flowers are natural and organic materials. Throughout the growth, drying, preservation, and resin-setting process:
Some colour change or fading may occur
Certain flowers preserve better than others
Petal shape and structure may alter once moisture is removed
These changes are natural and unavoidable in some cases and form part of the preservation process.

We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible after you place an order or submit an enquiry through our website to respond to any questions and to discuss the receipt of your flowers or items.
We will also contact you at the following key stages:
On the day your flowers or items are received
Once your flowers are fully dried and we are ready to begin your order. At this stage, we may also offer the option to add additional items, depending on the number and condition of flowers available
With an estimated completion timeframe, once work is underway. Please note that all timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as additional processes such as sanding, polishing, or further finishing work may be required
If any outstanding payment is due prior to dispatch
When your order is complete and ready for shipment
Outside of these scheduled updates, we will endeavour to respond to any enquiries as promptly as possible. However, please note that it is normal not to receive updates for periods of time between these stages. Due to the handmade nature of our work and the multiple stages involved, regular progress updates at every stage are not always possible while we focus on completing each piece to the highest standard.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this communication process.

We aim to ship all items as quickly as possible; however, during busy periods, production and dispatch times may vary.
For flower preservation orders, we require a minimum of 3–4 weeks to dry the flowers, followed by a further 3–4 weeks to encase them in resin. During peak periods, due to high order volumes, we may be unable to provide an exact completion date until work begins on your piece. Lead times may extend to 4 to 6 months or more, depending on the size and complexity of your order.
These are keepsake pieces designed to last a lifetime, and we appreciate your patience should the process take longer than expected. In quieter periods, completion may be sooner.
For custom furniture items such as tables, additional materials (including wood) must be sourced. We therefore aim to complete larger custom pieces within 8–10 weeks, subject to material availability and workload.

Important Information Regarding Resin & Flower Preservation
Please note the following before placing an order:
Resin preservation is a handcrafted and organic process, and results can vary. Full information about our products is clearly outlined on our website and in the information provided before order confirmation.
As each piece is unique, we strongly recommend sending additional flowers where possible, giving us more flexibility to discuss options and achieve the best result. We are always happy to explore alternative design solutions with you.
Condition of Flowers
Our services involve the use of perishable organic materials. It is normal for changes to occur in colour, petal consistency, and structure during the preservation process.
If flowers arrive with existing issues such as browning, wilting, or damage, these characteristics may remain visible once preserved. While we take great care to tidy, enhance, and preserve flowers to the best possible standard, some natural imperfections cannot be removed.
We will:
Assess and photograph the condition of your flowers upon arrival
Discuss any concerns with you before beginning preservation
Once you have agreed for us to proceed, we cannot accept responsibility for outcomes related to the original condition of the flowers.
Flowers Arriving in Poor Condition
If flowers arrive in a poor or unsuitable state for preservation, we cannot be held responsible. However, we will always do our best to offer suitable alternatives, including replacing flowers on a like-for-like basis where possible, at an additional cost.
