If, unfortunately you are not satisfied with your items, please do contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. When contacting us, please do let us know what the problem is. If you can email us photos of anything specific then it does give us more opportunity to address any issues. We always do our best to resolve any complaint the best way we can. However, please do note the points below: Our resin preservation can be unpredictable and vary with results. The information about these products are clear on our website and also in the information we send to all our customers before they confirm their products. If our resin items are something you are interested in, then its always best to send more flowers for us to preserve so we have plenty of options to talk through with you. we will be very happy to offer alternative options. As our services include using perishable organic products, its reasonable to note that things such as colours, consistency of petals can change. If your flowers have been sent to us fresh with browning patches, or wilting, this elements of the flowers will show in preservation. We do our utmost to tidy the flowers and colour enhance the best way possible however. We will discuss any issues beforehand once we receive your flowers and take photos of their condition before we begin the preservation phase. We are unable to accept responsibility once we preserve your flowers if you have agreed to proceed.

Return Procedure

You will have 14 days from receipt of order to request a refund. If a refund is to be issued we will do this the same way that you initially paid for your order. We will accept the item in the condition it was dispatched, we cannot except responsability for items damaged in transit.
